About Us

Shop With Confidence — Check Your Parcel Before Paying

At Saify Super Vision, we want you to know exactly what you're receiving before you accept your order.

That's why we provide our customers with a Check Before Payment facility.

When your parcel arrives, please open and inspect the parcel in front of the delivery rider before accepting it and making payment. Check that the product is the one you ordered and that you're satisfied with what you received.

📦 Open It. Check It. Then Accept It.

You have the opportunity to check your parcel at the time of delivery.

If you open the parcel in front of the rider and do not like the product, receive the wrong item, or do not wish to accept it, you can return the parcel to the rider at that time.

Please do not accept the parcel if you are not satisfied with it.

⚠️ Important Return Policy

Once you have accepted the parcel from the rider and started using the product, it cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind or no longer like it.

For example, you cannot use a product for one day and then request a return because you have decided you don't want it.

That's why we strongly encourage every customer to:

Open → Check → Decide → Pay & Accept

This gives you the opportunity to inspect your order before accepting it, while also helping us keep our return process fair.
